This new SRRA event was run Sunday, February 28. There was a very good turnout for this first edition. Here are the results for the event. Check out the photos!
Peter Goode, the race director, would like to extend his thanks to all the participants and volunteers in this first annual Blizzard run - ski - run.
SRRA member Murray Gross led about 40 runners on a great, informative tour of some of Saskatoon's historic war memorials. In about 90 minutes, 9 Km was covered and we stopped at about 13 interesting spots from the University to Nutana and back. Thanks as well, to Robin Morrall, Jerry Demeria and Michelle Ouellet for helping with readings and leading the singing of the national anthem. We've got some nice photographs for you to see. The annual general meeting of the SRRA was held Saturday, November 7. The meeting was preceeded by The Prediction Mile. There were nineteen participants in this fun event and here are the winners:

The previous SRRA events, the 10 Km Classic and the River Run, have been combined into this new event, held on August 16. Results from the River Run Classic are now available. Please click on the appropriate link for the result of interest to you. There were some omissions initially, but those have now been corrected. Next year - chip timing for sure!
