"To me Running is a sport of challenging your body and your mind. It is hard work and takes much dedication and spirit. Having running friends to share your common goal is important to keep you motivated. Having races to challenge yourself is a most rewarding experience. Don't always do what you have always done...challenge yourself and see what you can be!"
"The SRRA provides you the opportunity to meet new people, challenge yourself, step out of your comfort zone, help others and give back to the community. The result is a happier healthier you!"
